I truly cannot say enough good things about this company, as well as its owner & employees. They are fantastic in every way.

We have utilized MW Mechanical Services twice now for A/C repairs. (Our central-air system is old, and we were told upfront that the repairs would be temporary - that our system needs to be replaced - so we fully knew that at the time of each repair.) Each time our A/C has gone out, it has been on a weekend, and their emergency, on-call response has been amazing. Not only did we receive return calls very quickly, but their technicians were here within just an hour or two - FAR exceeding any expectations that we had.

Mark (owner), Carter, and Seth have all been to our home, and they have all been wonderful - so knowledgeable, friendly, and each taking the time to fully answer our questions. Lisa in the office is a big asset to the company as well - very kind and efficient.

Truly, if you need a reliable, honest, dependable HVAC company that genuinely cares about its customers and the quality of the work that they do, don't put off contacting MW Mechanical Services. I honestly do not recall ever dealing with a company that is so conscientious, detail oriented, and just flat-out NICE. I wish I could rate them a hundred stars!

Nick and Seth came out to do an annual maintenance on my furnace. They were both very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They explained what they were doing and made long term suggestions on what we may see needing repairs longer term.

MW Mechanical is top tier! My AC went out on the hottest/most humid days of the year. I knew the problem was the compressor was shot and a new unit was needed. Under 24 hours of a phone call to them, they were out at my house to confirm the issue and install a whole new AC unit and furnace. These guys were a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. I highly recommend MW Mechanical!
