Mark fixed our AC a few months ago and gave us such great service. He answered our call after hours to help us troubleshoot and fit us in the next day for an appointment. Great communication throughout the process and excellent customer service!

I wanna thank Mark and Nick Sofaly at MW Mechanical Services again for all of their help and knowledge with replacing my hot water tank and using my warranty after a awful experience with Valley who originally installed and purchased the original 4 year old tank. Mark and Nick took the time to not only use my warranty but explain to me the reasons why tanks go bad so quickly typically due to water chemistry or pressure. Prompting me to have culligan come out and test my water resulting in extremely high levels of hardness and minerals present! Culligan of pittsburgh and also been awesome and will be installing a full softening system in October to save all of my appliances and fixtures/ utilities and lines! These guys are awesome and affordable! 10/10 best company around for water/HVAC! i had them install a tank promptly at my salon last November quick and with no hidden costs or issues as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't say enough good things about MW Mechanical Services - they are fantastic!

We had an old central A/C system that began breaking down on us, and MW Mechanical provided emergency weekend service to get us back up and running. Based on those positive experiences, we chose to go with them for the installation of a new system. They were professional, proficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented - we really couldn't be happier with the service that we received. From the owner (Mark) to the front office (Lisa) to all of the technicians, you can tell that they not only care about the quality of their work, but they also care about their customers. Everyone was so friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions - we really appreciated that.

Mark, Seth, Carter, Caleb, Alyssa, Nick, Jordan, and Lisa - you are all rock stars, and we thank you for taking such good care of us!
